Property Pro Investments is a Real Estate Investments company that actively invests in real estate. We have been acquiring real estate in the Florida and Illinois regions since 2011 and we are expanding in other emerging markets across the United States.
We specialize in the acquisition of distressed houses, condominiums and multi-units. We then bring our expert crew in those properties, rehab and rejuvenate them. We have very high standards when it comes to renovating a distressed unit and we go over and beyond what others would call “rehabbed”. Once the properties are ready, we work with our highly skilled property managers to find the perfect tenant for these units.
Our general company focus has been mostly a “buy and hold” strategy but occasionally we do put a property on the market after it’s been fully rehabbed and enable local homeowner or investors to take advantage of our fully rehabbed properties.
We work with an amazing network of companies in our local markets such as Realtors, property managers, title companies, lawyers, accountants, local tradesmen and so many more great professionals.

With more than 10 years’ experience buying, selling, renting and managing Real Estate; he has an eye for finding good deals and opportunities. Negotiating a Real Estate deal has become second nature to him. Sepehr has been involved in Real Estate purchase in the United States for more than 5 years. He handles all the day to day operations at Property Pro Investments. His passion for his family and sports particularly hockey are second to none. |

Farhad Sabet |
Farhad lives in Montreal, Quebec and has been an entrepreneur for almost 25 years. He has a keen eye in finding “THE deal” in different neighborhoods and sectors. He is also a part of the Real Estate acquisition process. A math enthusiast, he can easily figure out in his head if the numbers work for an investment or not. This is a rarity these days! Farhad has been involved in real estate purchase in the United States for more than 5 years. He oversees the general operations and he’s always looking for other business opportunities. Some could call him a workaholic but he likes to say his true passion is working hard to be successful in anything he does. |

With over 5 years experience in the Tech and IT world, he knows all the ins and out of navigating the real estate and high tech world. Payam has been involved in real estate purchase in the United States for almost 4 years. He handles all the day to day logistics operations and is also involved in the acquisition process. His Resourcefulness and tech savviness make him a great asset to our team. |
